Is this the same account as Maps?
Yes. Flows signs in with your existing Maps account, and any organization you're already in carries over automatically.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Checking off steps, flagging them and leaving notes all work without a connection, and sync automatically once you're back online.
Who sees my records?
Only you, unless you share a workflow with an organization, in which case every member of that organization can see runs of that workflow.
Does AI read my data?
Only what you type into the AI box when generating or polishing text, never your account, your organization, or your other workflows.
Is Flows included in FLARE PRO?
Yes. FLARE PRO is one subscription for both Maps and Flows, purchased once, in either app.
