Instead of forcing you to configure Docker containers or data sources manually, we provide a fully managed Grafana environment. You simply log in, and your data is already connected and ready to visualize. You get a private workspace (Editor Role) to build unlimited dashboards.
What happens if I exceed my daily quota?
We'll send you an email warning at 80% usage. If you hit 100%, new data points are rejected with a 429 error until the daily reset (midnight UTC). Your existing data and dashboards remain accessible. Upgrade anytime to increase limits—changes take effect immediately.
How does the AI feature work?
Harbor AI translates natural language into complex database queries. You can ask 'Show me the voltage spikes from last Tuesday,' and it will generate the graph and SQL for you instantly. It's built specifically for time-series IoT data.
Can I migrate from Cloud to Self-Hosted later?
Yes. Since our core engine is open-source compatible, you can export your data from our Cloud platform and import it into your self-hosted instance if you ever decide to manage the infrastructure yourself.
Do I need to provision devices before sending data?
No. We use a 'Code-First' approach. You don't need to manually click 'Create Device' in the dashboard. Just use your API key in your firmware, and the device will appear in your Harbor automatically when it sends its first packet.

Free/Maker/Pro tiers: 99% uptime (best effort). Business: 99.5% SLA with credit refunds. Enterprise: Custom SLA up to 99.99% with dedicated resources and failover.
